On satisfactory completion and compliance, we issue a Final Certificate as confirmation that the work meets the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations.

SITE INSPECTIONS
We provide general regulatory guidance on how the Building Regulations apply, helping clients and designers understand the statutory framework. We do not provide design solutions or technical detailing to avoid any conflict of interest.

CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS
Where applicable, we undertake necessary consultations (e.g., fire and sewer authorities) to ensure all regulatory obligations are met in a timely manner.

FINAL CERTIFICATES
Our secure digital portal gives clients access to submit plans, request inspections, view progress, and retrieve documentation with ease.
