Due to continued growth, Vanguard Building Compliance Ltd is looking to recruit experienced Class 2 Registered Building Inspectors to strengthen our Building Control team across the Midlands Region. You'll manage a geographically allocated portfolio of projects, supported by our established administration, technical and compliance teams.
The Role
Carry out Building Control site inspections at key construction stages
Assess work against Building Regulations and statutory requirements
Undertake technical assessments and plan reviews within your registered competence
Identify non-compliant work and communicate required actions
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other dutyholders
Manage your own portfolio of projects
About You
Registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector
Demonstrable Building Control experience (private or public sector)
Strong working knowledge of the Building Regulations
Full UK driving licence
